Hi, I saw that you had a pair of the RRL officer chinos in the rigid twill fabric. I was wondering if you might be able to help me out. I picked up a pair in a tagged sz30 which fits loosely with some slack in the waist. I'd immediately go with a size 29 if there were any. I have tracked down a size 28 - would I regret sizing down two sizes? My rationale is that the 28's would stretch to what the 29s might be without the give. Any help would be awesome. Also I enjoy your work on PTO. THX!
hello! I sized down two sizes from my natural waist, from 36 to 34, and they ended up stretching to 36 anyway. eventually, the waist stretched out to a 37ish waist at which point required the seat to be taken in. also the leg opening was slimmed down by 1.5”. its a great pant, love the fabric, just requires some alterations for a great fit.
